We will provide the food in containers ready for the oven,
We will provide the food HOT ready to eat, or
We will provide you staff from $70 per person.

Which-ever way, you will be impressed with the Quality and Quantities.

We are a sizable company and do over 20 functions a week, 
this allows us an efficiency margin we are able to convert into cost savings to you!
You don't have to spend a cent more than we charge to get the best!

SELF SERVE Includes:

THE FOOD DELIVERED HOT ready to serve, or COLD in containers ready for your oven. Heating charge will apply.
SERVIETTES. (2 Ply)
PLATTERS (disposable) with DOYLEYS,
DRESSINGS and SAUCES.
Delivery of 'Self Serve' may incur courier fee. Minimum cost per head $5

WE SERVE Includes:

STAFF to prepare, heat and serve as waiters to your guests.
SERVING OF FOOD over a 2 to 2-1/2 hour period.
SERVIETTES. (2 Ply)
PLATTERS and all utilities,
DRESSINGS and SAUCES.

TIPS for your convenience:

HOW MUCH FOOD should I select?
MORNING or AFTERNOON TEA - 4 items.
LIGHT LUNCH - 6 to 7 items.
NORMAL SIZE MEAL - 9 to 10 items.
HEAVY SESSION or 'ALL BLOKES' - 11 to 12 items.

Some caterers offer 20 - 30 items in the price, don't be fooled by this ploy as you receive no MORE food than if you ordered 10 items or 2 items, also you have absolutely no idea of what you are actually receiving on the day.
